This vinyasa class blends stretching, strength-building and relaxation through mindful movement of the body to ensure you leave feeling refreshed! Flow with me through sequences that synchronise the breath with movement to create a sense of calmness that nurtures both the body and the mind.
I have always loved the way yoga allows me to exercise and move my body whilst inviting a sense of stillness into my mind, which is why I decided to qualify as a yoga teacher so that I can share that feeling of peace with other people!
